Website Weekly update The Apple design language pass: concentric geometry and fluid grids Concentric pill geometry for floating controls and fluid grids that use wide screens, with flat content cards and glass kept for chrome. Presentation only: no figure or setting changes. CFIN Design Team Oct 07, 2026 3 min read
Website Weekly update "Won vs lost" on the landing page, explained Two different numbers on the landing page can look like the same win rate. They answer different questions, and the page now says so next to each one. CFIN Team Oct 06, 2026 5 min read
Website Weekly update What "Clear session" does, and when to use it It is a full sign-out, not just a cookie wipe: the link at the bottom of the sign-in screen revokes your session token on the server, not only in your current browser. CFIN Team Oct 06, 2026 4 min read
Website Weekly update The registration journey, step by step Registering now shows exactly where you are: nine numbered steps, with a visible rail and a saved place if you step away partway through. CFIN Team Oct 06, 2026 4 min read
Website Weekly update The new Iris glyph, replacing the old robot icon The small round mark on the chat bubble and in the chat panel's header is a new glyph now, not the old robot mascot image — theme-matched for light and dark, swapped for every surface that used to carry the old mark. CFIN Team Oct 06, 2026 3 min read
Website Weekly update The new cookie choices sheet: three equal choices Accept all, Reject non-essential and Customise now carry identical weight — same size, same style, none highlighted — and the sheet never sits over the page's main button. CFIN Team Oct 06, 2026 3 min read
Website Weekly update The alpha banner, and what "invite-only" means A thin strip above the header, on every public page, says the same thing every time: CFIN is in early access, by invitation. Here is exactly what that means in practice. CFIN Team Oct 05, 2026 3 min read
Website Weekly update System pages, redesigned: the 404 and the payment result screen A wrong link and an unexpected visit to the payment result page are now both handled calmly: a plain explanation, a short list of useful next steps, and no red anywhere. CFIN Team Oct 05, 2026 3 min read
Website Weekly update Signing in on iPhone: Apple, Google and your own account Sign in with Apple, then Google, then your email or MT5 login — in that order, with 44px fields built for a thumb, not a mouse. CFIN Team Oct 05, 2026 3 min read
Website Weekly update The Performance page: fleet cards, mini charts and the calendar Fleet chips now carry their own small sparkline each, and the daily returns calendar sits right beside the trailing average-return trend. Here is how to read both. CFIN Team Oct 05, 2026 4 min read
Website Weekly update One background, every public page Landing, Performance, Blog, FAQ and Login used to each draw their own backdrop. They now share one CSS token, so the page behind the content looks the same wherever you land. CFIN Team Oct 05, 2026 4 min read
Website Weekly update iPad gets its own layout pass The width band between a phone and a desktop had been overlooked in several places on cfin.be. It's now had its own dedicated check, starting with a device mockup that was quietly rendering off-screen. CFIN Team Oct 05, 2026 3 min read
Website Weekly update Inside the fee calculator: sliders and scenario cards A closer look at the fee calculator's two input controls: the account-size slider with its presets, and the four scenario cards that drive the return slider. CFIN Team Oct 04, 2026 5 min read
Website Weekly update The fee calculator, redesigned: a step-by-step walkthrough A step-by-step walkthrough of the redesigned fee calculator: set an account size, pick or fine-tune a monthly return, and read what you would pay. CFIN Team Oct 04, 2026 4 min read
Website Weekly update Dark mode: checked page by page Dark mode has been checked component by component — the calculator, the limits control, the chat panel, the cookie sheet — to catch places where light and dark had quietly drifted apart. CFIN Team Oct 04, 2026 3 min read
Website Weekly update Accessibility: the limits buttons are screen-reader visible again A scroll-reveal animation was hiding the segmented limits control's preset buttons from assistive technology and squashing their widths. Both are fixed. CFIN Team Oct 04, 2026 4 min read
Website Weekly update Accessibility: focus rings and bigger tap targets A visible ring when you tab to a control, and a 44px minimum size on buttons and fields, across the public site and sign-in flow. CFIN Team Oct 04, 2026 4 min read
