What changed
  • Billing now has Invoices, Referrals, Fees and Payment methods, in the new design
  • "Licence" and "licence fee" replace the old wording, consistently
  • A valid referral code takes €5 off the new member's activation fee, and the charge never falls below €25; the member who shared it earns fee credits

Billing, reachable from the sidebar, now holds Invoices, Referrals, Fees and Payment methods, each rebuilt in the new design with consistent cards and tables. You'll also see "licence" and "licence fee" used consistently there, in place of the old wording — a wording clarification only, which doesn't change what you're charged.

Finding your way around

  1. Open Billing from the sidebar.
  2. Check Payment methods to make sure your details are current.
  3. Visit Fees if you want to see how a licence fee was calculated.
  4. Visit Referrals if you'd like to refer a friend.

What you need to do

Check Billing > Payment methods to make sure your payment details are current, and Billing > Referrals if you'd like to refer a friend — a valid referral code takes €5 off the new member's activation fee, the charge never falls below €25, and you earn fee credits once the person you referred has paid.

In detail

A few more notes

If you're ever unsure what a specific line on an invoice means, the Fees sub-page breaks down how the licence fee for a given period was calculated. It's worth checking Invoices periodically even if nothing seems amiss, simply to keep a clear personal record of what's been charged and when.

If you ever add a second account, the €25 minimum fee and any applicable discount are shown exactly as calculated by our pricing system, with no separate rounding applied in the interface. If a payment ever fails, the grace-period wording on the page tells you plainly how many days you have before any change to trading status, rather than leaving you to guess.
