Legal Disclaimer & Software Licence Terms

Everything is "IF" and "MAYBE": All statements regarding potential returns, profits, or performance are conditional and speculative. When we say "you could earn X%" or "projected return is Y", these are hypothetical scenarios based on past data. There is NO certainty that any profit will be achieved. The words "could", "may", "might", "projected", "estimated", and similar terms indicate uncertainty, not promises.

Projections Are Not Promises: Any monthly return percentages, projected earnings, performance metrics, or financial projections shown on our website, pricing calculator, registration page, or any marketing materials are:

• Based entirely on historical trading results which may not repeat
• Hypothetical calculations that assume ideal conditions
• NOT promises, guarantees, or commitments of any kind
• NOT predictions of what will happen in the future
• Subject to change without notice based on market conditions
• Provided for illustrative and educational purposes only

No Profit Guarantee: CFIN makes absolutely NO guarantee of any specific level of profit, return, or income. While our trading system has historically generated returns in certain periods, there is NO assurance that:

• Any positive returns will be achieved
• Historical performance will continue or repeat
• You will not lose money - in fact, losses are highly probable
• The system will remain profitable in any given period
• Your results will match or resemble any displayed metrics

Individual Results Vary Dramatically: Your actual trading results may differ significantly from any displayed averages or projections due to:

• Market conditions at the specific time of your trades
• Your broker's execution quality, spreads, and liquidity
• Account size, leverage, and margin requirements
• Timing of entries, exits, and signal execution
• Slippage, requotes, and order fill rates
• Technical issues affecting your specific account
• Random market movements and "luck" factors

Service Provided "AS IS": The CFIN service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Absolute No Liability for Losses: By licensing and using the CFIN trading software, you irrevocably acknowledge, agree, and accept that:

• CFIN is NOT responsible for ANY trading losses incurred on your account, regardless of cause
• CFIN will NOT compensate, reimburse, refund, or cover ANY losses under ANY circumstances whatsoever
• You are SOLELY and ENTIRELY responsible for all trading decisions and their outcomes
• The use of algorithmic trading does NOT eliminate, reduce, or mitigate the risk of loss
• You may lose your ENTIRE investment and CFIN bears no responsibility
• Any losses, whether partial or total, are your sole responsibility

No Liability for Technical Issues: CFIN shall NOT be liable for any losses, damages, or missed opportunities resulting from:

• Internet or server connectivity issues at any point in the chain
• MetaTrader 5 platform failures, bugs, crashes, or unexpected behaviour
• Broker execution problems, requotes, slippage, or platform issues

• Software errors, bugs, glitches, or unexpected algorithm behaviour
• Third-party service interruptions or failures
• Data feed errors, incorrect prices, or delayed information
• Cyber attacks, hacking, or security breaches
• Any other technical failure, anticipated or not

No Liability for Market Events: CFIN is NOT liable for losses due to:

• Market crashes, flash crashes, or extreme volatility
• Economic news releases or unexpected announcements
• Geopolitical events, wars, or natural disasters
• Regulatory changes or broker policy changes
• Liquidity gaps, market closures, or trading halts
• Any market condition, predictable or not

Maximum Liability Cap: In the unlikely event that any liability is established despite these terms, CFIN's total maximum aggregate liability shall not exceed the total software license fees actually paid by you in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory law — including liability for fraud, for gross negligence, or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence — or your mandatory statutory consumer rights.

Broker Custody Independence & Third-Party Financial Institutions: CFIN accepts no liability for the acts, omissions, solvency, operational delays, or failure of any approved broker or banking institution holding client funds. Segregated client funds are subject entirely to the regulatory terms, protections, and deposit schemes of the respective broker entity.

Indemnification: You agree to fully indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CFIN and all its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the service, your breach of these terms, or your violation of any law or rights of any third party.

• Any claim that you were misled, deceived, or given false expectations

Broker Independence:

• CFIN has NO ownership, control, partnership, or affiliation with Blueberry Markets, Fusion Markets, IC Markets, Pepperstone, Vantage or any other broker
• Your relationship with your broker is DIRECT and entirely between you and the broker
• CFIN is NOT responsible for any actions, failures, insolvency, regulatory issues, or service disruptions by your broker
• CFIN does NOT handle, hold, or have access to your trading funds at any time
• Any issues with deposits, withdrawals, execution, or broker policies must be resolved directly with your broker

• Continuous or uninterrupted software availability
• That the software will execute any specific number of trades
• That trades will be executed at any specific prices or times
• That the software will capture any particular market opportunities

No Commitment to Continue Software: CFIN reserves the right to:

• Modify, suspend, or discontinue the software at any time without notice
• Change the trading algorithm, strategy, or parameters without notice
• Limit, restrict, or terminate any licensee's access for any reason
• Refuse to license the software to anyone at our sole discretion
• Make changes to license pricing, terms, or features at any time

Best Effort Only: All software provided by CFIN is on a "best effort" basis. We will attempt to provide functional trading software but make no commitments that we will succeed in doing so. The software may fail, underperform, or cease to function at any time.

No Profit, No Monthly Fee: The licence fee is 20% of the profit the software makes on your account in that month. Each month stands on its own. If the software makes no profit in a month, the fee for that month is €0 — this follows from how the fee is calculated and is not a discretionary gesture, and there is nothing you have to pay to carry on using the Software.

This applies to the ongoing monthly licence fee; the separate one-time entry fee you pay to join is never less than €25 on a Full License, whatever the month it is calculated from did, and is a flat €25 if you join on the 1-Day Trial License instead.

A month with no profit does not entitle you to a free month afterwards, and a loss in one month does not reduce the fee in any later month. This does not constitute a guarantee against losses or an obligation to compensate for poor software performance.

All CFIN prices are VAT-inclusive. The amount you pay is the total shown; the 21% Belgian VAT is contained within it and is not added on top.

Software Provider Identity: This software is developed and operated under the trading name "CFIN" by MODULO C, a company organised under the laws of Belgium, VAT BE1037081042. For legal correspondence, contact us at legal@cfin.be. Registered address: Rue Florémond 67, 1325 Chaumont-Gistoux, Belgium.

What is CFIN? CFIN is a software technology company that develops and licenses proprietary algorithmic trading software (the CFIN trading software). The software uses technical analysis algorithms to identify potential trading opportunities in the forex market and, when authorised by the licensee, execute trades automatically on the licensee's MetaTrader 5 (MT5) trading account. The software is experimental and may not perform as expected.

How the Software Works:

• Automated Execution: Once installed and authorised by you, the software attempts to execute trades automatically on your account, though execution is not guaranteed
• Technical Analysis: The software's algorithm analyses price patterns, volatility, and market structure to identify potential trade setups
• Risk Management: Each trade includes predefined stop-loss and take-profit levels, though these may not execute at expected prices due to market conditions
• Multiple Pairs: The software may trade across various forex pairs, subject to market conditions and software performance

Trading Strategy (General Description): The software's algorithm primarily focuses on breakout patterns and momentum-based entries. It attempts to identify key price levels and enter trades when specific technical conditions are met. The software includes risk management features, but these do not eliminate the risk of significant losses.

User Control & Access Revocation:

• You retain full and ultimate control of your broker account at all times
• You can revoke the software's access instantly by changing your MT5 credentials with your broker
• You can pause the software from your CFIN dashboard. A pause takes effect from the next trading day; it does not stop trading already under way on the current day and does not close positions that are already open
• You can disable the software by contacting support
• CFIN cannot withdraw, transfer, or access your funds — only your broker can process withdrawals to your verified payment method
• The decision to license and use this software is yours alone — CFIN does not exercise discretionary authority over your account

NOT Financial Advice: CFIN provides licensed trading software only. We are NOT:

• Licensed financial advisors or investment managers
• Providing personalised investment advice
• Managing portfolios or exercising discretionary authority over your investments
• Making recommendations about your financial situation
• Qualified to advise on tax implications of trading

You should consult with qualified, licensed professionals before making any investment decisions.

What You Are Licensing:

• Access to the CFIN proprietary algorithmic trading software
• The Expert Advisor (EA) component that runs on your MetaTrader 5 platform
• The CFIN web dashboard for monitoring your software's performance
• Software updates, patches, and algorithm improvements during your licence period

Your Role as Licensee:

• You are the sole decision-maker regarding whether to activate, continue, or terminate the software on your account
• By providing your MT5 credentials, you authorise the software to operate on your account — this authorisation is granted by you and revocable by you at any time
• You can change your MT5 password at any time through your broker, which immediately revokes the software's access
• You can pause the software from your CFIN dashboard. A pause takes effect from the next trading day and stays in effect until you unpause; unpausing likewise takes effect from the next trading day. A pause does not interrupt the current trading day, and it does not close positions that are already open — those remain with your broker until they close on their own terms.
• You can request that the software is stopped by contacting support
• You acknowledge that you are licensing a software tool and that all trading outcomes are your sole responsibility

What CFIN Does NOT Do:

• CFIN does not act as your investment manager, portfolio manager, or financial advisor
• CFIN does not hold, manage, or have custody of your funds
• CFIN does not exercise discretionary authority over your trading account — you authorise the software, and you can revoke it
• CFIN does not provide personalised investment recommendations
• CFIN does not guarantee any financial outcome from using the software

Licence Restrictions:

• The licence is for your personal use on a single MT5 trading account only
• You may not sublicense, redistribute, reverse-engineer, or copy the software
• You may not use the software on multiple accounts without separate licences
• The licence terminates immediately upon cancellation or non-payment of licence fees

Intellectual Property: The Software, including all algorithms, source code, compiled code, trading logic, and related documentation, is the exclusive intellectual property of CFIN, protected by copyright, trade secret law, and the EU Trade Secrets Directive (2016/943). Your licence grants usage rights only — no ownership or IP rights are transferred.

Licence Fee Model: Your monthly software licence fee is 20% of the profit the Software actually made on your account during the billing period — the change in your account balance over the period, excluding your own deposits and withdrawals. It is the agreed price of access to the licensed Software for that period, calculated from the profit the Software generates.

Example: If the Software makes €200 of net profit on your account in a period, the fee is 20% x €200 = €40 (VAT included). If it makes only €50, 20% would be €10, so the €25 minimum applies. If the period is flat or a loss: a new customer joining on a Full License in that period still pays the €25 minimum entry fee, or likewise €25 if they join on the 1-Day Trial License instead, while an existing customer pays €0 for that period and nothing to continue. Illustrative only — not a projection of returns.

No Refund Policy (subject to mandatory law):

• Outside your mandatory statutory rights (see Sections 7 and 19), software licence fees are final and non-refundable
• No refunds are issued for dissatisfaction, trading losses, technical issues, software interruptions, or licence termination
• You may cancel at any time; outside those statutory rights, cancellation does not entitle you to a refund
• Fraudulent chargebacks or bad-faith payment disputes may result in immediate licence termination and pursuit of recovery costs
• You agree to contact CFIN at info@cfin.be to resolve any billing concerns before initiating a dispute with your payment provider

Cancellation Policy:

• You may stop the Software and close your account at any time through your dashboard
• When you stop, no further fees accrue and no further invoices are issued; because billing is in arrears, you remain responsible only for the fee already earned on profit up to that point
• NO partial refunds, pro-rated refunds, or credits will be provided on the one-time entry fee
• Stopping the Software does not affect charges already processed
• Your account is closed but retained in our records as required for legal and tax purposes

Billing Terms:

• You pay a one-time entry fee in advance to join the programme and activate your licence, and which one you pay depends on the licence you choose: on a Full License it is never less than €25 (where the month it is calculated from was flat or at a loss, the entry fee is the €25 minimum), while on a 1-Day Trial License it is a flat €25 whatever that month did.

Either way it is paid once and is not repeated. From then on you are billed in arrears: at the end of each billing period we issue a separate invoice for that period only, for 20% of the profit the Software made in that period (€25 minimum on profitable periods, and nothing when flat or at a loss — that period costs you €0 and no payment is needed to keep using the Software).

Every invoice is a different amount. This is not a subscription: nothing renews and no fixed amount is ever charged — each invoice covers one period only and is calculated from that period's result. You pay each invoice when it is issued. All CFIN prices are VAT-inclusive.

The amount you pay is the total shown; the 21% Belgian VAT is contained within it and is not added on top.

• Where CFIN approves your registration manually, the approval does not activate your licence without payment: you receive a checkout for the fee quoted to you at registration for the licence you registered for (the 1-Day Trial License or the Full License), which is never less than €25, and your licence is activated once it has been paid.
• Payment is processed via Stripe (credit/debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, SEPA, Bancontact)
• New licensees can choose between a 1-Day Trial License (€25) with a 24-hour countdown before monthly billing begins, or a Full License that starts immediately. Either way, ongoing monthly billing then runs in arrears as described above. All CFIN prices are VAT-inclusive. The amount you pay is the total shown; the 21% Belgian VAT is contained within it and is not added on top.
• Trial countdown starts immediately upon software activation and runs continuously (no pauses for weekends or market hours)
• After trial expiration, you have a 24-hour grace period to pay before your software is deactivated
• Failed payments may result in immediate software deactivation
• CFIN reserves the right to change licence pricing at any time

Included at no extra cost:

• Deposits and withdrawals: You may move funds into or out of your trading account at any time during your licence period, at no charge. The software keeps operating. Note that money you add is traded from the next trading day at the latest, while losses reduce the traded amount immediately and a withdrawal is taken from your profit vault first — see “Deposits and Withdrawals” under Account Rules below.

Referral Program:

• Each registered user receives a unique referral code (e.g., "CFIN1A2B3C")
• When a new user signs up using your referral code, you receive a €5 discount on your next licence payment
• Referral discounts are applied automatically to your next invoice
• The referred user receives a €5 discount on their one-time activation fee (unless a larger promo code applies).
• Referral discounts are non-transferable and have no cash value
• In any period where your referral credit is applied, the €25 minimum still applies — the credit can reduce the invoice for a profitable period to €25 at most, never below €25, and any credit left unused carries forward to your next invoice
• CFIN reserves the right to modify or discontinue the referral program at any time
• Abuse of the referral system (e.g., creating fake accounts, self-referrals) will result in immediate termination without refund

Promotional (Promo) Codes:

• Promo codes may be issued by CFIN for marketing campaigns, partnerships, or special promotions
• Promo codes give a percentage or fixed € discount off your one-time activation fee only; they do not reduce any later licence-fee invoice.
• Each promo code can only be used once per user
• Promo codes cannot be combined with other promo codes (one code per licence)
• One discount per customer: if a promo code and a referral discount both apply, the larger one is used — they are never combined.
• Promo codes have expiration dates and usage limits set by CFIN
• CFIN reserves the right to invalidate or modify promo codes at any time
• Promo codes have no cash value and are non-transferable
• The activation fee is never reduced below €25.

Broker Requirement:

• CFIN Trading requires a Raw account with MetaTrader 5 at one of the supported brokers:
  • Blueberry Markets
  • Fusion Markets — coming soon, not yet available
  • IC Markets — not available in Belgium
  • Pepperstone — not available in Belgium
  • Vantage — coming soon, not yet available
• You can create your account via our setup guide

Account Size Declaration: You must accurately declare your trading account size. It determines your eligibility (minimum €2,500; there is no maximum account size), it is the size your activation fee is priced on, and, for your first billing period, it is the starting balance your fee is measured against; CFIN reserves the right to verify your account balance. Deliberately misstating your account size constitutes fraud and may result in immediate termination without refund and potential legal action.

Deposits and Withdrawals: Your capital is yours. You may deposit or withdraw funds at any time during an active licence period — there is no notice period, no lock-in and no charge for doing so, and it does not pause the software or close your open positions. Every deposit and withdrawal is recorded automatically and your reported returns are adjusted for it, so your performance figures stay accurate. Your licence fee is always 20% of the profit the software makes during the billing month, however your balance moves.

What the software actually trades: The software trades your effective trading balance: the balance of your account minus what your profit vault has set aside. There is no other ceiling on it, and the account size you declared at activation does not limit it. Position sizes, your loss budget and your daily limits are all calculated from that amount.

Money you add is traded from the next trading day at the latest. Once a deposit has reached your account, it becomes part of your effective trading balance, and the software trades it, from the next trading day at the latest.

Losses reduce the traded amount immediately. If your effective trading balance falls through trading losses, the software trades the lower amount from that moment. A withdrawal is taken from your profit vault first; only the part of a withdrawal that is larger than what your vault holds lowers the traded amount, and it does so from that moment. The software will never size a position on money that is not in the account.

Your loss limits follow the same amount. Maximum drawdown and daily limits are a percentage of your effective trading balance, not of the account size you declared at activation.

How the size of a new position is set. The size of each new position follows your maximum drawdown setting, not your risk level. Each trading day has a drawdown allowance, and each family of strategies may use a share of it. A new position never puts more at risk than its family's share, nor more than what is left of the day's allowance once your open positions are counted. The shares are not reserved in advance: only open positions count against the allowance, and pending orders do not.

Around high-impact news and market opens. Before high-impact news and before markets open, the software tightens the stops of open positions step by step and makes new positions smaller. It does not close open positions because of the event. A tighter stop can close a position sooner than it would otherwise have closed, at a profit or at a loss.

Activation is per account. The activation fee is payable for each trading account you connect and is priced on that account's size. Connecting a second account is a separate activation — it is not an amendment to an existing one, and the two accounts are sized independently of each other.

Manual Trading: You may place your own trades on the account, but it is not recommended: manual trades interfere with the software's position management and can cause unexpected behaviour. CFIN accepts NO liability for any issues or losses arising from manual trading on an account where the CFIN software is active.

Access Eligibility (Invite-Only):

• CFIN operates as an invite-only software platform. You cannot register without a valid invitation code from an existing user.
• Each user receives a personal referral code that can be used to invite up to 3 people.
• A valid invitation code must be entered and verified during registration before you can complete the signup process.
• Invitation codes that have reached their usage limit (3 referrals) cannot be used for new registrations.
• Both the new member and the referring member receive a discount (€5 each) as part of the referral program.
• You must be at least 21 years of age to register.

Broker Requirements:

• Only Raw accounts at the following brokers are supported:
  • Blueberry Markets
  • Fusion Markets — coming soon, not yet available
  • IC Markets — not available in Belgium
  • Pepperstone — not available in Belgium
  • Vantage — coming soon, not yet available
• Raw account type is required for optimal execution
• Leverage must be set to exactly 1:100
• Minimum account size: €2,500. There is no maximum account size.
• Account must be funded and verified before activation

Month-1 Cap: If your trading account is funded above the amount you paid for, the CFIN EA trades only the paid amount from activation until your first billing month closes; the cap then ends automatically. Accounts funded at or below the paid amount are not capped. Vault and balance/equity safety checks always apply.

Your Trading Account: CFIN offers a single trading account; all licensees operate under the same terms. Under this account:

• A profit vault automatically protects a percentage of your trading profits.
  i

The profit vault is a share of realised profit that the software moves out of the balance it trades with. Vaulted money stays in your account and stays yours — it is simply no longer exposed to new positions, which is why your effective trading balance can differ from your total balance.

• We recommend withdrawing accumulated vault profits at the end of each month.
• Your vault secures a share of your profits — you choose that share, separately for each account, and a change applies to future days only, never to profit already vaulted. The money never leaves your own account at your broker: CFIN does not hold it and does not move it, and you withdraw it there. Your effective balance — your deposited balance minus the vault — is what the software trades; it never exceeds the capital you activated on this account. Broker credit is never counted as trading capital.

Trade Secret Classification

CFIN's trading signals, algorithm parameters, entry/exit logic, risk management rules, position sizing formulas, and all related trading data constitute protected trade secrets under the EU Trade Secrets Directive (2016/943) and the Belgian Law of 30 July 2018 on the protection of trade secrets. These trade secrets:

• Are not generally known or readily accessible to persons who normally deal with this kind of information
• Have significant commercial value precisely because they are secret
• Are subject to reasonable steps to maintain their secrecy, including encryption, compiled-only distribution, access controls, and these contractual restrictions

Prohibited Activities

The following are expressly forbidden and constitute grounds for immediate termination and legal action:

• Connecting your CFIN software-enabled account to any copy trading platform, signal service, trade copier, or signal mirroring system
• Sharing, publishing, selling, or distributing CFIN's trading signals, trade entries, exits, or parameters to any third party, whether for free or for compensation
• Using CFIN trades as the basis for a managed account, PAMM, MAM, or any multi-account arrangement
• Recording, scraping, logging, or reverse-engineering CFIN's trading logic or patterns for any purpose including redistribution or personal replication on non-CFIN accounts
• Operating multiple CFIN accounts to aggregate or amplify trading activity beyond your authorised software licence
• Using automated tools, API scrapers, or trade copier software to extract signal data from your CFIN software-enabled account
• Disclosing specific trade parameters, timing patterns, or strategy details to any person not authorised by CFIN

Monitoring & Detection

CFIN reserves the right to monitor trading patterns, account activity, and related data to detect unauthorised signal redistribution or copy trading activity. By using the service, you consent to this monitoring for the purpose of protecting CFIN's trade secrets and intellectual property.

Confidentiality Obligation

All trading data, signals, and strategy information you receive through the CFIN service are confidential. This confidentiality obligation:

• Survives termination of your software licence indefinitely
• Applies to all forms of disclosure, whether written, verbal, electronic, or visual
• Extends to any derivatives, summaries, or analyses of CFIN's trading data

Consequences & Remedies

• Immediate termination of your software licence without refund
• Liquidated damages of €10,000 per incident of unauthorised redistribution, in addition to any actual damages proven. You acknowledge this amount is a reasonable pre-estimate of the commercial harm caused by trade secret misappropriation and is not a penalty
• Injunctive relief: CFIN may seek immediate court orders (including interim measures) to stop ongoing or threatened violations without being required to prove actual damages first
• Legal proceedings under the EU Trade Secrets Directive, Belgian trade secret law, copyright law, and/or general contract law
• Recovery of all legal costs and attorney fees incurred in enforcement

These remedies are cumulative and do not exclude any other remedies available under applicable law.

Algorithm Performance Variability:

• Algorithms that performed well historically may FAIL COMPLETELY in future market conditions
• Market regime changes can render trading strategies ineffective overnight
• Backtested results do NOT reflect real-world execution quality, slippage, or market impact
• Optimization and curve-fitting may create strategies that only work on past data
• Competition from other algorithms may erode profitability over time

Automated Execution Risks:

• The algorithm may execute many trades in rapid succession, amplifying losses
• Stop-loss orders may not execute at expected prices during fast market moves
• The system may continue trading during adverse conditions when a human would stop
• Bugs or unexpected behaviour may cause the algorithm to trade erratically
• Communication delays between servers may cause missed or duplicate trades
• Position sizing errors can result in trades much larger or smaller than intended

System Dependency Risks:

• The EA (Expert Advisor) requires continuous connection to function - any disconnection may cause issues
• Your broker's MT5 servers must be operational for trades to execute
• CFIN's servers must be online for the algorithm to receive signals
• Internet connectivity issues at any point can disrupt trading
• Power failures, hardware issues, or software updates may interrupt service
• Broker maintenance windows may occur at critical times

No Human Judgment: Unlike manual trading where a human can assess unusual situations and exercise discretion, algorithmic trading follows programmed rules without judgment. The algorithm:

• Cannot assess whether market conditions are "unusual" or dangerous
• Will continue following its rules even in extreme or unprecedented events
• Cannot factor in news events or geopolitical developments not in its data
• May make decisions that a human trader would recognize as inappropriate
• Operates without emotion, which can be both advantageous and dangerous

You Acknowledge:

• Algorithmic trading is not a "set and forget" solution - monitoring is still required
• You remain solely responsible for your account regardless of automation
• CFIN is not liable for any losses caused by algorithmic trading behaviour
• You should never allocate more capital than you can afford to lose completely

Your Right to Cancel: You may cancel your software licence at any time. Upon cancellation:

• Your software licence is month-to-month; when you stop it, no further fees accrue and no further invoices are issued
• Because billing is in arrears there is no prepaid period to refund; outside your mandatory statutory rights (see Sections 7 and 19), you remain responsible only for the fee already earned on profit up to the stop date
• Software access is revoked immediately (API key deactivated and the trading container stopped); your encrypted MT5 credentials are erased when your account is fully deleted

Our Right to Terminate: CFIN may terminate or suspend your software licence immediately, without refund, if:

• You violate any terms in this agreement
• Payment fails or is disputed
• Fraudulent activity is suspected
• You provide false information
• Technical issues prevent software operation
• Or otherwise for a legitimate business reason, on reasonable prior notice

Software Discontinuation: CFIN may discontinue the software at any time. We will attempt to provide notice but are not obligated to do so. Except where a refund is required by mandatory law, no refunds will be provided upon discontinuation.

Restricted Countries: CFIN reserves the right to restrict or deny access to users from certain countries, including but not limited to:

• Countries subject to international sanctions or embargoes
• Jurisdictions where forex trading or algorithmic trading is prohibited
• Countries where we cannot provide adequate regulatory compliance
• Regions designated as high-risk for financial crimes

Your Responsibility: You confirm that:

• You are not a resident of, or located in, any restricted jurisdiction
• You will not use VPN, proxy, or other means to circumvent geographic restrictions
• You are in full compliance with all local laws regarding forex trading
• You will immediately notify CFIN if your residency or location changes

Immediate Termination: If we discover you are accessing CFIN from a restricted jurisdiction, your account will be immediately terminated without refund, and we may report such activity to relevant authorities.
