What changed
  • FAQ, Guides and Glossary now share one consistent card layout
  • The FAQ is now available, in-house, in Dutch, French, German and Spanish
  • Currency figures in the FAQ are localised correctly for each language

The Learn section of the dashboard — FAQ, Guides and Glossary — now shares a single, consistent card-based layout rather than several different styles, and the FAQ is now available, in-house, translated into Dutch, French, German and Spanish. This matters because Learn is often where a new customer looks first, so a calmer layout and more languages make the product easier to understand without needing to contact Support.

What changed

FAQ, Guides and Glossary now use one consistent card layout and rhythm instead of three different styles. The FAQ translations are done in-house, with currency figures localised correctly for each language.

Why it matters

Learn is often where a new customer goes first, so a consistent, calm layout and support for more languages make it easier for more people to understand the product on their own terms before reaching out to Support directly.

What you need to do

If you prefer to read the FAQ in Dutch, French, German or Spanish, it only takes a moment to switch:

  1. Open your account preferences.
  2. Switch your language to Dutch, French, German or Spanish.
  3. Return to the FAQ — it will now follow your chosen language.

In detail

One more thing

A consistent card layout across FAQ, Guides and Glossary makes it easier to browse from one to another without the jarring sense of landing on a completely different page each time.

Adding Dutch, French, German and Spanish translations of the FAQ was prioritised because it's one of the first places many customers look before they ever need to contact Support directly.

We plan to keep adding to Guides and Glossary over time, and the consistent card layout means a new entry will always look at home next to the ones already there, rather than needing its own design pass.

We also checked that search within Learn behaves consistently across FAQ, Guides and Glossary, so a question answered in one place turns up just as reliably from the others.
