What changed
  • Support now uses the same card layout as the rest of the dashboard
  • The chat assistant and a direct contact form share one entry point
  • A separate status page lets you check service health without opening a conversation

The Support page has been rebuilt to use the same card layout as the rest of the redesigned dashboard, with a clear choice between the chat assistant and a direct contact form. A separate status page lets you check on the service's health without having to ask a question about your own account. The aim is for getting help to feel like a natural part of the dashboard, not a different, separately designed corner of the product.

Why it matters

Getting help should never feel like a separate, differently designed corner of the product. Keeping Support visually and structurally consistent with everything else makes it feel like a natural extension of the dashboard rather than an afterthought.

How to reach support

  1. Open Support from the sidebar, or from "More" on iPhone.
  2. Choose the chat assistant for a quick, automated answer, or the contact form for a reply from a person.
  3. Open the separate status page if you just want to check whether the service is running normally.

In detail

One more thing

Keeping the chat assistant and the human contact form side by side, rather than hiding one behind the other, means you can choose the right tool for the question in front of you — quick and automated, or a proper reply from a person.

The separate status page exists so you can quickly check whether something is wrong with the service generally, without needing to open a conversation about your specific account.

We also made sure Support is reachable in the same number of taps regardless of which device you're on, so there's no version of CFIN where getting help takes noticeably longer than it should.
