- Statistics is now a top-level sidebar section, not nested in Performance
- Five sub-pages today: Breakdown, Risk, Drawdown, Reliability, Comparison
- Comparison view stays in sync with Overview's "Compare" shortcut
Updated 11 October 2026. Statistics now has five sub-pages. The page called Symbols in the first version of this post is Breakdown. How to read the new Statistics page describes what each one answers.
Statistics — previously folded into the Performance page — now has its own top-level section in the sidebar, with Breakdown, Risk, Drawdown, Reliability and Comparison as its sub-pages. That matters because Statistics answers a genuinely different kind of question than Performance: patterns and risk characteristics rather than a running account history, so giving it its own place in the navigation makes it easier to find.
What changed
Statistics was previously folded into Performance; it is now a top-level section in its own right, with Breakdown, Risk, Drawdown, Reliability and Comparison as its sub-pages.
The Comparison view links back to Overview's "Compare" shortcut, so the two stay in sync when you move between them.
Why it matters
Statistics covers a genuinely different kind of question than Performance — it is about patterns and risk characteristics rather than a running account history — and giving it its own place in the navigation makes it easier to find and understand on its own terms.
What you need to do
- Look for Statistics as its own item in the sidebar.
- If you had a bookmark or shortcut pointing at the old location under Performance, update it to the new Statistics section.
In detail
- Its five sub-pages are Breakdown, Risk, Drawdown, Reliability and Comparison.
- The Comparison view links back to the "Compare" shortcut on Overview, and the two stay in sync.
- Statistics was previously nested inside Performance; it now has its own entry in the sidebar.
- Each sub-page is built from the same shared analytics components as the rest of the redesign.
One more thing
Giving Statistics its own place in the sidebar, rather than leaving it nested inside Performance, reflects that the two pages genuinely answer different kinds of questions: Performance is about your account's running history, while Statistics is about patterns, risk characteristics and comparisons.
The synchronisation between Statistics > Comparison and Overview's "Compare" shortcut means you can start from whichever page you happen to be on and still end up looking at the same comparison.
We expect to keep refining these views individually over time, since each one serves a genuinely different kind of question, and giving Statistics its own place in the sidebar makes it easier to develop them further without crowding Performance.
